Pamesa Cerámica Compactto approves its first Equality Plan
In December 2022, Pamesa Cerámica Compactto approved the company’s first Equality Plan, thus reaffirming its commitment to equal opportunities for men and women.
This Equality Plan, designed by the Negotiating Committee, represents another step forward in the consolidation of a company that promotes inclusion and diversity.

Pamesa Cerámica Compactto S.L.U. It has the FENT EMPRESA "Quality Seal", a recognition granted to companies in the Valencian Community that stand out for implementing equality policies and obtaining approval for their equality plans. Decree 12/2009, issued by the president of the Generalitat, establishes that the Department of Social Welfare has powers related to socio-health provision policies, social services, disability, family, adoptions, youth and women.
